I'm having many people ask me about commissions and whatnot so I thought I'd post this so I can get things going a little smoother.

Q: How do I order a costume piece?

A: Send me a note with what you'd like. Species, style, and any refs if possible. My quotes are free so feel free to ask for one. No question is to crazy.

Q: How do I pay?

A: Money orders are preferred. For all of my commissions that are $350+ I must have $125 up front. This payment is the only nonrefundable payment I offer since I use this to purchase the materials. The final payment is required before I ship. Final payments are, of course, used to cover the shipping and insurance fee.

Q: What if I just want pieces like eyes, teeth, ears, etc.?

A: I sell pieces on commission. Eyes, teeth, etc. are always open, until further notice.

Q: What if I'm unable to finish paying?

A: I will hold the costume piece until you are able to either pay again or decide to abandon. If you abandon I will return all payments abide the first $125.

Q: I'm wanting a fursuit facelift. How do I do that?

A: I offer fursuit facelifts, also known as reFURbishing. Cartoon to realistic, realistic to cartoon, cartoon update, realistic update. Price all depends on the reFURbishing required.

Q: Will you do copyrighted characters such as for cosplay?

A: Sure will. Okami, Ammi, Red XIII and more.

Q: Will you make duplicates of already exsisting suits?

A: I will not. Unless it's of cosplay characters I will not make any duplicates.

Q: Do you make full suits?

A: Although I've never done one, I'm itching to try. I have the patterns all I need is the commission.

Q: Do you give discounts?

A: I do on several instances. I give discounts if the commissioner wishes to purchase the materials, I take off a good chunk of the price. Wish to purchase/trade items to bring down the cost? I do that too. Giving me artistic freedom (let me do the design/have fun with markings) I give discounts for that as well.

Q: If I am not satisfied with the work, can I get a refund?

A: I cannot give a full refund once the mask has been shipped, but I do offer free adjustments upon my expense. Partial refunds are available upon certain situations if the mask is beyond use (damaged, etc.) Upgrades are available upon request.

Q: When will you ship?

A: I will only ship an item once the full payment has been recieved. It's a liability thing.

FYI: I have a "No Return Policy". It is exceedingly difficult to sell a custom suit.

If you have any other questions, note me.

Hey just curious but would you be willing to do a payment plan? Like so much every week until the commission is paid in full? Me and my husband saw your work and were interested but money is tight and we'd only be able to do payments that are split up. n_n If not, then we'll just start saving our money up to commission you for halloween.

Awesome, thanks. I'll let my husband know so we can see what all we'd like in a commission. n_n

Figured I'd ask here, but since your quotes are free, do you offer them for future fursuit commissions?
(i.e.: I'd like a quote but am unable to purchase the suit/give a down payment at this time.)
