I finally have by balance of yotes in my life...

Yin: Darkness is a melanistic coyote taken from Idaho. He's got some of the thickest fur I've ever handled. The hues through hues through his fur range from a champagne, to a deep chocolate, pale tans to striking blacks. He had been head shot between the eyes so that hole has been repaired. No legs sadly, but he sports a hansom white stripe on his chest and a super full tail.

Yang: Ghost was originally from Colorado I believe, struck by a vehicle. His feet were too mangled to save (has donor feet to be reattached). He has a new nose (old one wouldn't hydrate properly, it was originally pink) and brown eyes instead of the blue we had started with (I actually like the brown much more, far more calm and not so fierce looking. He was remounted by OutdoorDreamer beautifully. The guard hairs on his back are extremely long and the underfur is unbelieveably soft.

Both coyotes are naturally occurring in nature, no chemicals were used to enhance the colors. I hope to some day find feet that match Darkness so he can be once more a complete pelt. Both are used strictly for artistic references only.

Another example of how people are idiots. Text talk and an over use of the caps lock key. If you read the description you would see why I have them. I have a valid reason for ownership, your reason for your example is just foolishness, a lack of knowledge, and stubbornness.

I'm sure they were truely beautiful when they were alive. I'm sorry, i just have felt strongly about protecting coyotes since my friends and i found some illegal snares....

It's alright hun, my apologies for a sharp response earlier. What I would have given to have seen them alive would have truly been a blessing. As for illegal snares it would upset me as well to have made such a discovery as while some laws out there don't make much sense, most are there to protect, balance, and keep order. Breaking those like those snare owners have cause only misery and disarray.

its kk. i would lav to see a coyote in real too. Its just sad when people have to resort to illegal traps that only cause torture and harm to the creature before it is just killed because it was caught. we kinda hav a coyote 'problem'. I mean, ik t hat they kill ppls pets, it just isn't right though to trap them in that cruel of a way. And the saddest part was when i went to report them with my friends, the people who we reported them to dismissed them as 'things little kids use to catch bird'. me and my friends kno they were snares though. After they dismissed them as that though, we disabled them all because my friend got her foot caught in one that was sticking out. Though the saddest part is that there are some that appear that they actually caught something... its just sad... people need to learn how to live in unity with nature. Pets that are small enough to be eaten by a coyote should be keep inside, or under supervison when outside.

I'm strongly opposed to hunting, but if he was shot between the eyes then he really didn't feel anything at all.
I just don't like t when they get shot in the stomach or something :/ or when they're tortured.
I also find it funny how people spazz when an animal is shot, but if a human, their own kind is shot they tend to look the other way.

Anyway, beautiful pelts! Very aspiring actually C: I always love to see the amazing colorations of animals in the wild<33

Two really beautiful creatures, especially the white one. I'd love to own one of these. Unfortunately getting them into Germany is pretty difficult and expensive :(

I bet, between customs and the pelt itself. Over in Germany though you have some super stunning red fox <3 Very unique coloration. Wish some times the cost to acquire such beautiful things wasn't so high!

Well, sometimes we sell some red foxes and shipping from Germany to the US is incredible cheap ;)
