Luxray WIP

Commissioned shiny luxray that will be furred tomorrow. Commissioner asked for it to be a bit more realistic as apposed to its rather toony portrayal on Poke`mon so it features a latex nose, full jawset, LED following eyes, and a small "big cat" resin base. This mask will also feature some EL wire within the shock blue mane to really electify the look of this critter.
