Tested out a newer way of foaming a head and it was a toss up for me. The head fought me the entire way but push comes to shove I do like the results.

The head that now goes with the bodysuit I reFURbished a bit ago. Will soon have a tail. Thinking of posting it up shortly after and making the winner custom fit hands and feet. Head fits a 23 easily, possibly a 24. Body up to 5'7 and 140 lbs. I'm 5'2 and can wear it, the crotch is a little low on me, but it's a comfortable fit.

Foam/balaclava head, 3D following eyes, static jaw, super friggin adorable! Very light and has only been worn for a short 5 minutes (if that) for demonstration. Silicone brown toon nose by :icondreamvisioncreations:

Sharpe what do you use to make the base of the ears? (I mean your realistic ones) Do you use very thin foam?

ah! this is going to be up for auction, correct? I really wish I could afford it. ;^; I'm 5'2", ~125lbs so I think it'd fit fine.

This one looks great! Do you add the eyes before or after furring? All the tutorials I've seen add the eyes before furring, and every time I do that, the eyes get buried in the face because of the fur.
Also, did you use perforated plastic for the eyes, or plastic canvas? This is amazing, btw!

Fur after the eyes are installed and neither, I use buckram.
