Falkonby *Sharpe19

Artisan Crafts / Costumery / Masks

After about a year of research, practice, and many hours of trial and error, I'm pleased to introduce Falkon. He has at least 3 different furs upon his body, digigrade padding, and detatchable hands, feet, and tail.

The head was made about a year ago by me and was purchased from an online auction, the winner choosing to have it made into a full suit. Head features LED eyes, a moving jaw, horsehair mowhawk, 2 different kinds of hand cast resin horns, and a custom jawset. The head can be seen up close here:

The hands have 3 resin finger 'hooves' or cloppers from DVC, all of the rest is made by me. The foot hooves are flexible and waterproof, giant tail poof is wefted Kanekelon.

My husband got home late tonight and I'm shipping Falkon out tomorrow so dusk was the only time we had to shoot pictures and video. The owner is taller than I hence the bagginess.

He will be debuting in Japan a little later this month. Video of him in action can be seen here:

Holy freakin shit, this suit turned out amazing! He surely look like he is saying "don't mess with me" x)
Just wow, simply wow! The head alone was a piece of work, but putting all this together really makes
this suit stand out.

Can I express that I feel so totally honored to have met you at MFF? ... this is so cool, and awesome. holy heck! I love your eyes, that mowhawk and especially those different lengths of fur! Good for you!. omgosh.
