Clockwork Spook by Sharpe19 Clockwork Spook by Sharpe19
!!!DOWNLOAD FOR FULL VIEW!!!

I've been working on this guy for the past few months on and off and completed him today with the intent of being brought to MFF this year :D

Wyldefire is my most recent Spook and my most poseable. I've never had one thus far that can not only stand and sit on its own, but actually stand upon its two legs! Constructed with not only a roadkill Michigan red fox pelt, but a roadkill skull as well. LED eyes, moving jaw, 100% poseable frame.

This spook was created with the image of mind that spooks are not immortal and thus need to be able to recover or help be repaired if a kind soul chances upon their injured frame. Wrappings on all four limbs cover torn and slipped fur, the skull reconstructed.

This spook is not for sale, but the clockwork steampunk style can be done for future spooks. Please keep in mind that the extra details that are needed will cost extra!

Wow, these are so awesome! And I like the fact its a natural death (well, car, but still,) pelt. How much do you sell your spooks for? And do you ship to UK? :)

This inspires me so much! It looks amazing!
The pelt I'm working on right now was originaly a stole and has very weird, small, kind of floppy "ears"... But I think I'll keep her that way. Even if I tried to make some myself they would never look as awesome as the ones you make :D

Do you think you can make ears, human sized and on a headband? This is as close as I have come by to my character. Also what would the price be?

$40 for ears, they would be on elastic, not a headband. Not currently open, but for future I will be.

Really depends on the color. Ranched and silvers are high right now, reds are around $120 average for one with feet.

Love it! And those ears! Theyre wonderful. They look quite large and pointy which make me wonder if theyre natural? Haha Im not at all experience with pelts so I wouldnt know what can and cant be saved xD Looks wonderful though! I would definately love one of these some day!

Natural fur, but not natural to the pelt itself haha. They're hand constructed. I make my ears elongated on most of my Spooks to set them apart, as well as a couple other features, from the standard skull fox.

Oh, man, i seriously gotta consider getting a spook from you :O
How much do you make them for if someone sends you the pelt?

Depends on the pelt and its condition.

"Ren" Ren is a Red fox, and is about 4feet from head-to-tail
Ren has a huge hole in the middle of his face(Supposedly just for hanging)
.Pros are that his pelt is preserved pretty good! He's pretty much a puppet, sewed up already, and just has a hole between the thighs and tail He's still got his paws, claws, and even toe pads. He's got his whiskers, tear ducts, nose, etc- He's basically a fox without the insides.Cons are that he's so big, and the hole in his face might be difficult to work with, so that's why I'm considering getting him to be made a spook.

Goodness he's gorgeous! While any damage to the face/ears is no problem as those are removed anyways, he's so pretty! Depending on the style and features, the pelt provided would remove $200 from the total cost.
