Bounty hunter

Part 1 of 3. The first two are ref sheets. The 3rd ties the two together. I really liked the idea of the skull being used as the head.

If I really wanted to make this guy and his accomplice, I could. I have an old junk yard in my back yard. Plane parts cars, scrap metal, etc. I even have the skull and burlap. The toxic waste that flows through this guy will have to be subbed with anti-freeze since waste is a tad difficult to get ahold of for a civilian. (Honestly, why would I wanna deal with it?) Any ways. The story behind him.

Though flight is not a capability he has, high speed is. Twin turbines mounted on his back, fins on his tail for guidance, and large sharp scythe claws for the ultimate traction. If his teeth don't do the damage needed, his hind killing claw will. Accompanied by an avian like machine providing a birds eye view, he tracks down and kills his bounty, becoming the ultimate predator...

If I don't win I don't care. thanks to "9" I've invented two sweet new characters. Done in micron pens and colored rapidly in MS Paint.
